Welcome to ata4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ata4d website, platform, and gaming services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using ata4d, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ata4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform").

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the unique personal account created by a User to access the Service.

• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their Account for the purpose of placing Bets.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User or winnings from Bets, available for withdrawal.
• "Service" means the ata4d website, platform, games, and all associated services provided by the Company.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account to their designated payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register an Account and use the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• You must not be resident in any jurisdiction where your use of the Service would be illegal or prohibited by local law.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or subject to any gambling restrictions.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity under your Account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breach.
• Maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, we require identity verification before processing withdrawals. You must provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months
• Selfie holding your identification document (for enhanced verification)
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by our compliance team

Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Making Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata)
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja)

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes, though processing times may vary by payment method.

3.2 Deposit Restrictions

You agree that:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• You will not use the Service for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only and not as a payment processing service.
• We reserve the right to refuse deposits from certain payment sources or request additional verification.

3.3 Fees

ata4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Requesting Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Withdrawals must meet minimum threshold amounts as specified on the Platform (typically Rp 100,000).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible (anti-money laundering requirement).
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

We aim to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible:

• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours for Indonesian bank transfers during business hours (WIB timezone).
• First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks.
• Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and processed in installments.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before approving a withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your Account status and verification level. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard. VIP and high-tier members may qualify for increased limits.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ata4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in each bonus's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements met within a specified validity period (typically 30 days).
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (e.g., Rp 50,000 per spin/bet).
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, you may only claim one bonus at a time.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonuses
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Any other behavior deemed abusive or in bad faith

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on the Platform, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after placement unless specifically permitted by the game rules.
• We reserve the right to void bets if there is evidence of error, technical malfunction, or rule violation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, bet type, and Account status.
• In the event of a dispute, our records shall be the final authority in determining bet outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets:

• Bets are settled based on official results and statistics from the governing sports body.
• If an event is postponed or canceled, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our sportsbook rules.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to odds fluctuations and may be temporarily suspended during key moments.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse bets from any User at our discretion.

6.3 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games on ata4d display certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and represents the theoretical percentage returned to players over time. Individual session results will vary due to variance and luck.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated betting software
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players or third parties
• Engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Money laundering or criminal activity of any kind

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account immediately if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable law
• We suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other misconduct
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your Account remains inactive for an extended period
• You fail to complete required verification procedures

In the event of Account closure for breach of Terms, we may forfeit your Account balance and void all pending bets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ata4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of ata4d or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service interruptions, technical issues, or maintenance downtime.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ata4d and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the three months preceding the claim.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, game providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ata4d operates. Where your local law provides greater consumer protections, those protections shall apply.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service:

2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team.
3. Any unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or mediation as mutually agreed.

12. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ata4d regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
